The Power Partner Program is designed for churches, ministries, Christian schools, nonprofits, and other Christian organizations that want to provide affordable access to biblical education, discipleship resources, ministry training, and practical development tools for their people. It works well for staff teams, ministry leaders, volunteers, students, members, and broader organizational learning needs.

Support / Help Desk – offers general support and assistance to members through email tickets.
Member Discussion – every course lesson has an area to ask questions or share thoughts and discuss with other members.
Instructor Assistance – inside every course lesson you can ask a question about the course or lesson's content to the instructor to get course or lesson specific assistance or advice.
EmpoweredSOCIAL Forum – Here, members can connect with your leadership team and other members of your organization, as well as instructors, other students, and other network members, all also somewhere in their ministry and education journey.
Regular Coaching Events – we routinely provide live Q&A broadcasts where all members may join the backstage access and ask questions about their studies or life. Event access is available in our EmpoweredSOCIAL Forum and broadcasted through our The Empower Hour and Freedom Fridays programs.
Collab Group Coaching – virtual small group meeting with current ministry leaders (or students/leaders in training) and an Empowered365 Coach
One-on-One Counseling/Coaching – available worldwide via virtual meeting, on a per-hour basis, for a fee, to discuss any aspect of your Christian life. Book online anytime, as-needed.
Organizations can apply for the Power Partners Program to determine the best fit for their needs. Once approved, you can choose the enrollment model that works best for your organization: prepaid seats, member-paid enrollment through your branded group page, or a hybrid setup that combines both.
No. Some organizations prefer one model, while others use a hybrid approach. For example, you may purchase seats for core staff or leaders—or specific ministry roles—while also offering discounted group enrollment to volunteers, members, students, or a broader audience.

Yes. Many organizations begin with a smaller seat package or a group enrollment option and expand later as participation grows. The program is designed to give you flexibility without requiring a large upfront rollout.
Paid Seats are prepaid All-Access membership plans. These can be either monthly or annual subscriptions. Your Group's members will be able to access all of the courses and features included in All-Access. Each member account will have a name and email address associated with it. This will allow those individuals to complete courses and receive certificates with their name and date of completion on them. Yes, your Group Administrator can unassign an account at any time so that you're no longer paying for it. Their account will still retain all of their data, history, completions, and earned certificates. They just won't have any active enrollments. They can still then enroll themselves under your group and get your preferred partner discount. If you wanted to exclude a member from your group completely, they may still enroll on their own individually at the standard rate with all of their account history intact. You can also reassign them again later and begin paying for their membership again. Paid seats could be used as a "free membership" incentive you offer to active leaders and volunteers.
Yes. If you prefer not to purchase all seats upfront, your organization can use a branded group enrollment path so individuals can sign up under your organization and receive your partner discount. This gives them your discount as well as the flexibility to sign up monthly or annually according to their preferences, while still giving you administrative oversight.
This is a $0 standard setup fee. And all of your member-paid signups get a standard discount of 25% off. Prepaid seat bundle discounts begin at 5-9 seats for 30% off, 10-24 seats for 35% off, 25-49 seats for 40% off, and 50+ seats qualify for a greater discount.

Yes. Our Global Mission Discount Program was designed to provide reduced pricing based on the economic status of the economies that individuals live in, based on World Bank categorizations.
We extend this discount to our Power Partners, but there are some requirements. First, your organization must be headquartered in a listed country, with the majority of its operations also in that same country. Second, your prepaid Group Seats and must be used by individuals who also live full time in the same country. Third, your individual Group sign-ups must also live full time in the same country.

If your organization and core staff and leaders, volunteers, etc. are in a qualified country—but you also have students or members currently living in other unqualified countries—we recommend choosing the Hybrid model. This way, you can purchase group seats with the greater global mission discount for your core team. And then you could still invite those living outside of the country to sign up individually using whichever discount is greater for them: either your standard 25% off or their global mission discount code.

No. Since Ministry Academy Certifications require administrative and verification costs these are separate from our All-Access program. However, all of the educational courses to earn any Ministry Academy certification is included. So your team, staff, leaders, and volunteers may still complete all of this training. And you can verify it through individual course certificates of completion. If those individuals want to complete the capstone course and be certified by our network then you or they could pay the additional fee. We will allow this at your Group preferred partner rate, just contact us.
Power Partners receive access to Empowered365 resources created by experienced pastors, ministry leaders, and instructors. Content may include biblical education, discipleship training, leadership development, ministry tools, and other practical growth resources designed to support Christian learning and ministry effectiveness.
We do not have a standard course semester duration, course size, or class schedule. Some of our courses are under 10 hours of training; some as high as 200 hours of training. The average course is 20-30 hours. The total CEU's awarded for each course are based on the amount of time estimated to complete the course. For example, a 2 CEU course is estimated to be about 20 hours of learning time. All of our courses are designed for complete flexibility. All the content is available 24/7 and all-access members have unlimited access to their courses anytime, anywhere, and can do all lessons at their own pace. They may complete them as quickly or as slowly as they would like to, or you can assign your own schedules for them. With our online format, we're open year-round, allowing you to ensure that they have ongoing education through the summer and holidays without interruption. Additionally, the videos in our courses are downloadable to their mobile devices, allowing them to even watch lectures without a good internet connection.
Our courses are exclusively online, accessible through our virtual campus. Each course features a mix of videos, reading, and multiple-choice quizzes. Many of our courses have captions available in 13 languages. Our videos also include audio-mode for those who would prefer to listen rather than watch, and transcripts and captions for those who would prefer to read.
Some courses also include hands-on activities such as journaling, prayer, Bible reading, or missional activities.
Our approach to testing is via multiple multiple-choice quizzes throughout each course, with an open-book approach and a passing score of 60% or higher. If a student fails they can retake the test. Our quizzes aim to test a student's overall understanding of what's most important about the subject matter, rather than their memory about something in the course.
Most core Academy courses do not require essays or heavy academic writing. Our goal is to prepare students for real ministry application, not academic performance alone. Some optional premium courses may include writing assignments or coaching components, but these are not included in All-Access, nor are they required for core Academy certificates.
Yes, any book that is needed to complete courses are also included in the course. Most of the books have also been converted into video and/or audio, giving members the option to watch or listen instead of reading. There are no additional costs needed to complete any of our courses or to earn basic course certificates.
If they would like a paperback, Kindle, or audiobook version of books or journals we use in a course, and one is available, there will be a link to where they can purchase it inside the course. This is entirely optional though and provided only for their preference and convenience.
We also provide this so that they can lead small groups and book studies (where their participants, who are not members, perhaps because you didn't get a paid seat for them, can still get a copy without becoming a member. But all members may freely watch videos together with their groups using their online courses.
No specific educational background is required to become a member or to take our courses. Our courses are designed to accommodate learners with varying levels of prior education. It is recommended that learners have a basic understanding of English and reading since navigation and quizzes are in English. However, to assist in understanding and sharing with groups of non-English speakers, several video courses do include captions in 12 other languages (this will be indicated on their public course pages). As for theological content, all our courses are sequential and begin with foundational subjects first before continuing to more advanced subjects.
They will not need to own any kind of advanced technology. They will not need to download any software. They won't even need to learn how to get around in a new software to navigate their learning. Everything is very easy to use and functions exactly like what you see on our website. They will have a simple student dashboard with all of their available courses right there. They will be able to access or create an account and start learning in minutes!
Our courses are delivered via an online course platform compatible with most computers, tablets, and smartphones. Our video lectures are also saved in a format that is widely compatible and will automatically adjust the video resolution based on their internet speed and availability.
We also have a free app that is available in both the Google Play and Apple stores. At the beginning of all of our courses there is a short lesson that includes a link to the app and an overview of how to get around in the course.
