Want a structured certification path?

The Ministry Academy is for students who want a more defined learning pathway with specific certification requirements, milestones, and renewal standards. Some approved Academy renewal CEUs may be completed through eligible courses inside All-Access, but Academy certifications have their own separate requirements and renewal process.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How easy is it to cancel membership?

    Extremely! You can cancel your membership at any time. All you need to do is login and go to your admin settings and click cancel subscription. No hassle. No need to call customer service.

  • Do you offer refunds if I cancel or change my membership?

    Sorry, no. Our system does not have the ability to do this. If you cancel you will have access to our system for as long as you have paid for. Please keep all of this in mind before paying-in-full for an annual membership.

  • Can I earn certificates for courses I complete on membership?

    Yes! You earn full credit for completing courses while on a membership the same way you would as if you had gone through Academy or if you had purchased the course from our Marketplace. If that course provides a certificate of accomplishment you will receive that. However, if you wanted to earn full certifications in Academy you would still need to purchase the Capstone courses.
