Ministry Growth Partners are approved independent partners who help connect churches, ministries, Christian organizations, leaders, and individuals with Empowered365 resources and solutions. In addition to standard Affiliate Program opportunities, approved Growth Partners may earn commission on qualifying organizational revenue according to the Ministry Growth Partner terms.
No. This is an independent, commission-based partnership opportunity, not a salaried or hourly employee position. There are no guaranteed earnings, required work hours, or employee benefits. Approved partners determine when and how much they choose to work, subject to the program terms and standards for representing Empowered365.
Not necessarily. Sales experience can be helpful, but trusted relationships, ministry experience, consulting ability, communication skills, and familiarity with churches or Christian organizations can be equally valuable. We are especially interested in people who understand ministry needs, build relationships well, and consistently follow through.
No. Ministry Growth Partners may maintain other employment, businesses, consulting relationships, or compatible partnerships. You are free to represent other organizations as long as those relationships do not conflict with your obligations, good-standing requirements, or applicable Ministry Growth Partner terms.
There are no required working hours or fixed schedules. Because we provide training, resources, support, and access to additional organizational sales opportunities, we may periodically review whether the partnership remains active and mutually beneficial. We expect meaningful partnership-development activity rather than a specific public sales quota.
Our current founding rate is 25% of qualifying revenue directly attributed to eligible relationships you originate. This may include qualifying organizational revenue as well as eligible individual Affiliate referrals. We expect the rate offered to future Growth Partners may decrease as the program grows. Partners accepted under the current 25% rate can retain that percentage while they remain active, eligible, and in good standing under the applicable terms.
Qualifying revenue may include designated paid organizational accounts, eligible paid seat purchases, renewals, account expansions, upgrades, speaking engagements, workshops, and other transactions specifically identified as commissionable under the Ministry Growth Partner terms. Not every Empowered365 transaction associated with an organization is necessarily commissionable.
Yes. Ministry Growth Partners also receive access to the standard Affiliate Program. You can refer individual Christians, leaders, and ministry professionals and earn your applicable Affiliate commission on qualifying memberships, courses, certifications, coaching programs, and other eligible purchases.
No. Empowered365 does not pay cascading or multi-level commissions. Your Growth Partner commission applies to qualifying organizational revenue directly attributed to you. Independent purchases made by members, users, subaccounts, or downstream referrals do not automatically generate an additional Growth Partner commission.
Organizational pricing and Growth Partner commissions are determined according to the applicable program terms. Commission is generally calculated from qualifying revenue actually received after applicable discounts. Discounts, Affiliate commissions, Growth Partner commissions, complimentary seats, and other incentives do not automatically stack on the same transaction.
No. Commission is calculated from qualifying program, service, or engagement revenue. Travel, lodging, transportation, reimbursed expenses, taxes, fees, and similar pass-through costs are not commissionable unless specifically stated otherwise.
No. We want Growth Partners to build relationships and identify strong opportunities, not handle every detail alone. For qualified prospects, you can bring our team into the conversation to assist with discovery, demonstrations, recommendations, implementation questions, speaking or workshop planning, and larger organizational discussions while retaining eligible account attribution according to the program terms.
Empowered365 handles payments, enrollment, educational delivery, account administration, member access, certifications, platform support, and other day-to-day account needs. Growth Partners can remain connected to the relationships they originate, help identify changing needs and new opportunities, and bring our team back into the conversation when additional support or solutions are needed.
Yes, where eligible. An organization may receive its own organizational benefits while separately participating in the Affiliate Program. For example, it may earn Affiliate commission when it directly refers an individual who later makes a separate qualifying purchase. Your Growth Partner commission does not cascade onto that downstream transaction.
Your standard Affiliate benefits may apply to eligible individual referrals according to the Affiliate Program terms. Ministry Growth Partner status adds qualifying organizational sales opportunities; it does not replace the underlying Affiliate Program.
You may communicate approved pricing, promotions, and organizational options provided by Empowered365, but you may not create your own discounts, promise special terms, or bind Empowered365 to pricing or agreements unless specifically authorized. For larger or customized opportunities, bring our team into the conversation.
Yes. Approved Growth Partners may introduce qualifying speaking, keynote, workshop, conference, retreat, training, and other live-engagement opportunities. Commission eligibility is based on qualifying engagement revenue under the applicable Growth Partner terms.
No. Ministry Growth Partners earn commission from qualifying relationships and transactions directly attributed to them. They do not earn override commissions from sales generated by churches, Affiliates, members, Growth Partners, or other downstream participants beneath them. There is no multi-level commission structure.
We believe it is appropriate for people who create value, build relationships, communicate solutions, and help expand Kingdom-focused work to be compensated for that work. The commission does not increase simply because a product or service has a Christian purpose, and participation should always be honest, transparent, and focused on genuinely serving the people and organizations involved.
Yes. Ministry Growth Partners represent a Christian ministry network and must remain aligned with the applicable Mission & Beliefs, standards of conduct, and good-standing requirements. Serious concerns may be reviewed and can result in suspension or removal from the program according to the applicable terms.
Yes. When recommending Empowered365 products or services in circumstances where you may receive compensation, you must clearly disclose that financial relationship in accordance with applicable laws and platform requirements. A simple disclosure such as “I may earn a commission if you purchase through my referral” may be appropriate depending on the context.
