  • How easy is it to cancel membership?

    Extremely! You can cancel your membership at any time. All you need to do is login and go to your admin settings and click cancel subscription. No hassle. No need to call customer service.

  • Do you offer refunds if I cancel or change my membership?

    Sorry, no. Our system does not have the ability to do this. If you cancel you will have access to our system for as long as you have paid for. If you would like to downgrade your membership to a lower level we recommend waiting until the end of your current subscription and then canceling it and starting a new one. If you would like to upgrade your membership to a higher level please contact our customer service and we will handle this over the phone. Please keep all of this in mind before paying-in-full for an annual membership.

  • Can I earn certificates for courses I complete on membership?

    Yes! You earn credit for completing courses on a membership the same way you would as if you had purchased the course.

  • Do you offer free trials of your membership plans?

    Yes! For all four paid membership levels we're currently offering a 14-day free trial at this time. We are not offering a free trial for level 1 since it's already forever free.

  • I already own a course in a member option, can I get a discount?

    Sorry, no. We've done our best to keep membership costs low to encourage an ongoing subscription. We're also going to regularly add new content for you to benefit from. If you've been a long time member that has earned multiple certificates and needs to discontinue membership due to extenuating circumstances email our support. We will consider a specially rated to give you ownership access to those courses. Also, please remember that all contributions help us advance the kingdom of God so no dollar goes to waste. Thank you in advance for any amount you might feel is an extra donation!

  • What if you don't have any available or suitable masterminds?

    Mastermind groups consist of 3-5 individuals with similar niches or goals. Because we would need to find multiple compatible organization members, with room for an additional member, they're not always available. When this happens we would offer organizations the alternative option of a one hour personal one-on-one coaching or consulting session per month with Pastor Brian (normally $150+/hour) until a mastermind spot becomes available. If you would like to see if there's a mastermind currently available or discuss any other concerns before joining at the Church+ level, just call our office first at +1 (727) 537-6727.

  • Do you offer customizable training, features or options for churches?
